Day 1: Welcome to Kigali

Arrive in Rwanda’s vibrant capital, Kigali, where your guide-driver will greet you warmly. The lush landscapes of this “land of a thousand hills” will immediately captivate you. Settle into your accommodation and enjoy a relaxing dinner as you prepare for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Journey to Akagera National Park and Evening Game Drive

Travel to Akagera National Park, famous for its scenic vistas and diverse wildlife. Keep your camera ready—there will be plenty of photo stops along the way. After lunch, embark on an evening game drive to spot zebras, elephants, impalas, and more. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Lake Ihema Boat Cruise

Start early with a game drive in the northern section of Akagera to catch the early risers returning from their nocturnal activities. Expect to see lions, giraffes, bushbucks, and herds of zebras. After lunch and some rest, enjoy a serene boat cruise on Lake Ihema, where hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife await. End the day with dinner at your lodge amid peaceful surroundings.

Day 4: Cultural Insights at Nyanza King's Palace and Butare Museum

Day 5: Ellen DeGeneres Campus Visit in Kinigi

Day 6: Golden Monkey Trekking and Dian Fossey Memorial

Day 7: Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 12: Chimpanzee Habituation Experience in Kibale

Day 13: Transfer to Murchison Falls with a Visit to the Top of the Falls
