Enjoy lunch here before continuing to Murchison Falls, where you’ll spend the night at the scenic Pakuba Lodge.

Rise early for a game drive across the park’s rolling plains, spotting elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and maybe even a lion or leopard basking in the sun. In the afternoon, relax on a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of the dramatic falls. Witness hippos, crocodiles, and a spectacular rainbow framing the thunderous cascade—a truly awe-inspiring sight. Overnight again at Pakuba Lodge.

Day 4: From Murchison Falls to Kibale Forest

Start your day with a visit to the top of Murchison Falls for breathtaking views of the Nile squeezing through a narrow gorge. Then, journey south to Kibale Forest National Park, passing through Fort Portal’s picturesque hills and tea plantations. In the evening, explore Bigodi Swamp on a guided walk to spot primates like the Blue Turaco bird and engage with local communities, including a traditional healer and village elders. Spend the night at Turaco Treetop Lodge nestled in the forest canopy.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest

The forest is alive with birdlife and, if luck is on your side, you may glimpse elusive forest elephants. Return to your lodge in the afternoon to relax and soak in the tranquil forest views.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel to Uganda’s second-largest park, located beneath the majestic Rwenzori Mountains. The park teems with wildlife, including Uganda kobs, warthogs, lions, hippos, and elephants.
